I like work at the intersection of engineering and design: interfaces that feel obvious, backed by systems that stay easy to change.

I gravitate towards problems where a better interface moves a real number: a booking funnel that added 54,000 orders a month, an internationalisation framework that cut a country launch from weeks to 48 hours, and now CRM tools for support agents handling ~712k tickets a month.

I'm also interested in how AI changes the software development lifecycle, and in adopting tools that meaningfully improve how I build. I write about frontend and engineering craft, and I'm open to new work.
